Stew
Our family loves this dish. Probably a cooking stew on this recipe. But maybe for someone my recipe will be useful and interesting.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    15 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Water

    1 l

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

Here are our original products.

Chicken meat cut into small pieces. 1 liter of water in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Drop it into boiling water chicken, add salt and spices to taste, boil on low heat for about 50 minutes.

Onions finely chop.

Add in the sliced onions. Do not stir. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Natiraem carrots on a coarse grater.

To the chicken meat and onion add carrots. Do not stir. Cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Potatoes clean and cut into small cubes.

Potatoes added to the pot with the meat and other vegetables. Do not stir. Cook on low heat for about 10 minutes. If necessary, add in a pot of boiled water.

Zucchini cut into small cubes.

In pan to the chicken meat and remaining vegetables add the cut zucchini. Do not stir. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Tomatoes cut into slices.

In a saucepan with the rest add the tomatoes. Do not stir. Simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.

Finely chop the greens. I had parsley.

Add fresh herbs and Bay leaf to the pot with the rest. Do not stir. Simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.

Bon appetit!!! PS Often in this stew, I add the diced eggplant and cut into small pieces the cabbage.
