With gratitude to all the authors of the site cook. ru for the delicious buckwheat don't even know what to call it.. burgers, meatballs.. I call them rabbits, because it is very like little bunnies.

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Cabbage

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream cheese

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

Prepare all the ingredients. In the mince add chopped onions, grated carrot, garlic, cabbage, egg, flour and cooked buckwheat. Add 150 ml of cold water. A lot to beat. Molded with wet hands elongated meatballs and put in greased ceramic form. Pour the white sauce.
