Cooking
Prepare the required ingredients for the dough.
First we need to prepare the dough. In a bowl, pour warmed milk, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and yeast. Let stand until the yeast could "earn" (on the surface, the bubbles will appear).
Pour 150 grams of sifted flour, stir.
Tighten the bowl with the dough with cling film and place in a warm place for 40-50 minutes to rise the dough.
In approaching the dough add the egg, salt, remaining sugar, flour, vegetable oil.
All stir again and leave for 20 minutes before the next rise.
For the raspberry sauce, prepare the necessary products.
In a saucepan pour 100 ml of water, bring to a boil. To sypathise raspberries and boil for 5 minutes. Mash with a potato masher or blender to break.
To obtain a homogeneous sauce to wipe weight through a sieve. Worn a lot put back in saucepan, add sugar, dissolved in 20 ml of cold oxen starch, stir, put on fire and bring to a boil. As soon as the mass thickens, turn off the fire. The sauce is ready.
While preparing the sauce, the dough has risen. You can proceed to baking pancakes.
In a pan heat the oil and fry pancakes. Ready pancakes serve immediately and serve with raspberry sauce. Bon appetit!
