Pizza with meatballs and pickled pepper
My husband and I have a tradition on Wednesdays, for the past several years, we have pizza! She we never get bored of, because of for her is endless! I want to share with you one of the most favorite: with meatballs, sausages and marinated peppers.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sausages

    4 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    100 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    300 ml

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Seasoning

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Butter (room temperature) mix the egg and sour cream.

Sift flour slide, add salt in the center to make a recess, pour into it oil mixture. Knead the elastic dough does not stick to the cookies. Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.

Season the mince with salt, pepper, knead well. Form small meatballs (slightly bigger than a hazelnut.).

Prepared meatballs and fry in a well heated pan in vegetable oil, 1-2 minutes on each side.

Tomatoes in their own juice grind in a blender, they add the chopped garlic, herbs, salt, pepper. Bring to boil, cook until the sauce is slightly boiled (10 minutes).

Hunting sausages cut into slices, onion - half rings, sweet pepper - thick strips.

Roll the dough (I got dough on 2 pizza diameter of about 23-24 cm), put in greased with butter a baking dish, making low sides.

The dough grease tomato sauce.

Sprinkle with grated on a coarse grater cheese.

Put the stuffing and meatballs. Preheat the oven to 180*C, bake for 30-35 minutes.
