Description
I bake this cake (Stollen) every year and therefore could not share the recipe with you. The cupcake is cooked in dark beer porter or stout. Better to look for and find a good porter.

Cooking
With oranges, remove the zest and squeeze the juice
Prepare the candied fruit, raisins and cut figs in small pieces
In a saucepan put the candied fruit, raisins, figs, stir in the sugar, add the butter

Warm beer mixture add egg, then add flour and mix everything
Cupcake shape lay out with parchment paper and pour the dough. On top sprinkle with almond petals (optional) and send in a preheated 160C oven for 1.5 hours, but after 1 and 15 minutes start to check with a toothpick
Take out and leave in the form for 20 minutes, then remove and let it cool down completely on a wire rack. Then wrap in parchment and then in foil and put in a box, if no box then wrap it in a towel, and the whole structure is sent in a cool place until Christmas. The cake will Mature and taste is awesome...
