Cooking
fish fillet pangasius, onions, carrots, potatoes
Skip 1 fish fillet (I had wonton) C/o the grinder + 1 carrot + 0.5 onion + 1 potato + 0,5 white bread rolls, soaked in milk. Season to taste with salt and pepper white ground pepper.
Add 1 tbsp flour matzo [b]or[/b] 1.5 tbsp instant oats (!!! or at least crackers or flour) and let stand 5-7 min. to Form cutlets of any shape and fry in vegetable oil...
Put with a side dish and vegetables on the plate you like to do
