Biscuits with cheese
I suggest you crunch biscuits with cheese and cereal, which are not felt to taste, but give a wonderful structure. The cookies and the coffee, tea, and soups, etc. is Prepared easily and quickly, and, of course, eaten even faster.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Flakes cereal

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Sift flour, mix with baking powder, salt and cereal.

In the dry mixture add the softened butter and grated on a fine grater cheese. To grind by hand.

Add the milk and knead the dough. To form a ball, wrap in clingfilm and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Then divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out to a thickness of about 5 mm. Cut biscuit and pastry molds. The diameter of my cups 7 cm, I got 25 cookies.

Put biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated 180 deg. the oven for about 15-18 minutes until Browning.
