Classic chocolate cupcakes (the recipe for the cream)
The dough in these cupcakes puff and porous. Very rich chocolate flavor.

Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder

    65 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.75 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    80 ml

  • Cream

    120 ml

  • Vanilla

  • Butter

    115 g

  • Cream cheese

    220 g

  • Powdered sugar

    3 cup

  • Vanilla

Cooking

In one bowl mix the cocoa, flour soda salt baking powder.

In another sugar eggs oil vanilla until smooth.

Half of the liquid products to add to the dry plus half of cream.

Add the remaining from the bowl plus the rest of the cream.

Pour the dough in forms and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees in preheated oven. fill the form half. I have a form which is baked very quickly.

CREAM. butter, cheese and powdered sugar (quantity to taste) beat with a mixer. If the cream is to get liquid, you can add starch or put on 10-15 minutes in the freezer or refrigerator. to decorate the cooled cupcakes.
