Another dish from Afghan cuisine. Sabzi - translated from Afghan means spinach. Very good sauce for lamb dishes.

Cooking
Thoroughly wash spinach, cut off stems and leaves cut into strips.
Green onion shred and fry in vegetable oil.
Then add chopped spinach and cover with a lid.
When paritsa spinach, salt, pepper, season with the coriander and leave until then, until you evaporate all the juice. A minute before the end add the chopped garlic.
