Liver wash and marinate in soy sauce for about two hours. Onions chop and fry in a little vegetable oil. Add to it the liver with soy sauce (marinade) and simmer until then, until you cease to stand out pus. To the liver add the plums, cut into 2 pieces, the honey and chili pepper to taste. During cooking taste the sauce, so as not to overdo it with the honey. Continue to simmer until then, until the drain does not turn into mush. Serve with any side dish.
