Meatballs with a surprise
Cutlets, baked with marinated tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    1 kg

  • Baton

    2 slice

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Tomato

  • Seasoning

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Lettuce

  • Chives

Wash and dry the meat. Peel the onions and cut it into pieces. Soak bread in milk. Cut the meat into strips and together with onions and a loaf of bread mince. Add salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, Basil, rosemary and mix.

Salmon cakes and place on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil.

In the middle of each tortilla make a well.

Put in a deepening of the tomatoes, after removing them from the skins.

Grate on a fine grater cheese. Sprinkle patties with cheese.

Put the meatballs in the oven. Bake until done – about 30 minutes.
