Muffins with oat stuffing
These muffins for lovers of oat baking, it's a bit different from wheat. Notice to eat muffins are better warm and fresh.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    60 ml

  • Flour

    220 g

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Coconut shavings

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

For making muffins, I took oat bran TM "Mistral".

Mix all the liquid ingredients: cream, egg, melted mikrovolnovke butter, add the sugar and lemon zest.

Separately mix the flour, oat bran, TM "Mistral", leavening agent, vanillin.

Add the dry ingredients to the liquid, thoroughly stirred.

Prepare the filling: walnuts are crushed, add the coconut, sour cream and sugar. Mix well.

Part of the test put into a form. Of the filling, roll into balls and place on the dough.

Put the rest of the dough.. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
