Buckwheat pancakes
If you are a fan of buckwheat cereal, their taste and aroma, treat yourself to this dish for Breakfast or afternoon tea.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Cereals buckwheat

    90 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

  • Ham

    60 g

  • Green onions

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Buckwheat flakes pour cold yogurt and leave for 30 minutes.

After the flakes swell, add the egg, flour, baking powder and salt. Mix thoroughly.

To the resulting mass add the finely chopped greens, green onions and ham diced.

Hands moistened with water, to form cakes and fry pancakes on both sides until Golden brown. Serve with sour cream. Bon appetit!
