Cooking
Pig's feet, well cleaned out, pour cold water overnight, drain the water. Again cover with water and cook until tender, (about two hours) adding water, an onion, a few peas black pepper, cloves, Bay leaf and salt to taste. Peel the potatoes, and the whole put into a baking dish.
From top to spread out the green beans,
Then onion, roughly chopped.
Then mushrooms, sliced plates.
Then boiled pig's feet. All pour sour cream mixed with finely chopped garlic and pour the wine. The form close the lid. Bake in the oven for about one hour until the potatoes are done.
