I love quince and jam, and just like that... and then decided to use it in baking. Just made a delicious roll stuffed with quince and condensed milk. Come on in, help yourself...

Cooking
First, for the filling, melt the butter, add the sugar and add the quinces. Simmer for 5-7 minutes so that the quince has softened. Leave to cool.
For sponge cake beat eggs with sugar.
Add soda and gently stir in the flour and starch.
Baking tray lay a baking paper, grease with oil and spread the dough evenly. Bake at 180 C for 7-10 minutes.
The cooled quince mix with ground walnuts and condensed milk.
The finished cake to separate from the paper.

Dark chocolate to melt and combine with cream. Grease the loaf on all sides with chocolate icing and sprinkled with white chocolate. Remove in the cold to freeze.
