Squid in Chinese
Many think that love Chinese food.. including us).. the Calamari with sweet peppers.. I Think I tried everything.. but not all of the cooking at home... and cook it simply... And time is needed .. Max 10 minutes)))). For the contest "Fast from Moulinex".

Ingredients

  • Squid

    400 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Green onions

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Squid I took the frozen rings))) it is Better to take the carcasses, cleaned).. Make shallow cuts on the squid (on the inner side..not from the skin)... cut into small pieces. Side, where the skin is more smooth.. and on the other hand it is more rychleski)... cut into small pieces.

Pepper cut into... Garlic and onion chop.

Pepper fry in vegetable oil.. 1-2 minutes.

Then dobavlaet calamari.. garlic.. and onion.. Fry for another minute.

Add the lemon juice (or wine).., simmer a few more minutes...
