Coffee and pear pie
All coffee drinkers and lovers of pears I highly recommend to bake this pie. It is fragrant, delicate and airy. But I will give it to my lovely compatriot...

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Instant coffee

    1 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Brown sugar

    80 g

  • Butter

    100 g

Prepare the products. The oil should be soft. All products must be at room temperature.

The softened butter vzbit with sugar about 5 minutes.

Continuing to whisk, add the eggs one by one after each as follows whisking.

Add the vanilla sugar, coffee and cognac, lightly whisk, add the sifted MUK and baking powder. Knead the dough (sorry, but I forgot to take a picture)

Pears, wash, remove core, cut into slices. Melt the butter, mix with brown sugar...

... pour into mold, on top lay the slices of pear.

On top lay the dough, put in a preheated 200 °C oven. Bake the pie 40-50 minutes to Cool.

The cooled cake to turn on a dish, decorate as desired. the cake turned out high and fluffy, you can take the shape of larger diameter, then it will become lower and more pears in the end.
