Cooking
Mix flour, brown sugar, butter (room temperature) and a pinch of salt, knead the dough, cover with film and put in the cold for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough, put into a form on a sheet of parchment, cover with another sheet of paper and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Cool.
Coffee mix with hot water. Chocolate to melt in hot coffee.
Beat eggs with brown sugar and vanilla until frothy.
Add the chocolate coffee mixture. Hazelnut advanced blender. Separately, mix 2 tablespoons of flour, crushed hazelnuts and baking powder. To combine chocolate mixture with coffee ground.
Pears wash, peel off the skin. Cut in half. Remove the middle. Put pears on the cake, pour the mixture. Put into the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees. Be guided by your oven.
Cake to cool and decorate with melted chocolate. Or according to your taste.
