Pork in mushroom sauce with capers
Juicy pork on the bone in a delicious sauce with mushrooms and capers. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    2 piece

  • Shallots

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    50 g

  • Capers

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Dry white wine

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

...marinated in olive oil with spices, aromatic herbs, salt, pepper (can be overnight).

Pork fry without oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating, to be postponed.

For the sauce:

in the same pan melt the butter and fry the finely chopped onion and mushrooms, cut into 2-3 pieces; add wine,

capers (you can add 1 tsp of brine from the capers),

cream, bring to the boil, pour over pork and serve.
