Stuffed chicken fillet in mushroom sauce
Tired to eat just chicken, so decided a little to change the menu. Don't know where and how to grow chickens, but we have them stuffed with soy and all sorts of substances, that they were huge and were growing faster. Well, imagine what the taste of the meat-NO. You have to add stuff to a bird ENT was digestible!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Onion

prepare the sauce-chop the onion and fry until transparent.Mushrooms cut into plates and send to the onions(+salt,pepper).Fry until cooked and at the end I added from laverdy(garlic) the white part of the stems,finely chopped

mayonnaise(sour cream) mix with tomato sauce,dilute a little boiled water and pour the mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes

cheese mash and add the crushed garlic,stir

cut the meat into portions and repel,salt and pepper

put the cottage cheese and fold rolls(secure with toothpick)

fry the rolls in vegetable oil and fold into a container for the sauce(if the sauce thickens,it is diluted with boiled water).Add Bay leaf,allspice and stew under the lid for 15 minutes.
