Very tasty vegetable cutlets made of seeds and vegetables, which can be served with a side dish of buckwheat, rice or potatoes. Put the recipe for the contest "Fast from Moulinex".

Cooking
Finely chop the onion and fry in sunflower oil
Sunflower seeds cleaned from the husk (cleaned can buy in the store)
Grind them in a coffee grinder
All of this together in a bowl, add the garlic out of the spadefoot toad, coriander, cumin, pepper, salt, flour. Stir and leave for 1 hour.
After an hour, knead and form patties. Spread on oiled baking sheet and send in the oven for 10 minutes. after 10 minutes remove the pan, flip patties and bake for 10 minutes.
I serve with buckwheat porridge, cooked in water, herbs, olives and fresh tomatoes. BON APPETIT!!!
