Cooking
1. Flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, yeast and salt mix in a bowl, add eggs.
2. 60g butter melt on low heat, add milk and water and remove from heat. Add the butter-milk mixture to the flour in a food processor and knead a smooth dough (I have Bose, voosche cool them juice). The bowl with the dough in a warm place for 1 hour to increase its volume by half.
3. Soak the raisins in warm water for 5 minutes.
4. Remove the zest from two oranges, finely chop with a knife and add the chopped raisins.
5. Brown sugar mixed with cinnamon.
6. Increases in the volume of the dough knead again and roll out on work surface sprinkled with flour, into the formation about the size of 50x50cm. The dough grease soft butter. Wheel for the test (or sharp knife) cut the dough into rectangles the size of the form. Sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon, from top to distribute a mixture of raisins and orange peel.
7. Turn the dough rectangles in half, slightly stretching them on length and width.
8. Form cake pan greased with oil and put it vertically. The prepared "layers" test put into the form, alternating fold - one layer bend upwards, another bend down (try to spread freely, not pressing layers to each other).
9. When all the layers are laid out, shape, put in horizontal position and slightly to distribute layers, as evenly as possible on the form. Leave the form in a warm place for proofing for 15 min Bake 30 min. in a preheated 175 degree oven. 10 minutes until cooked cover the top with foil).
10. Ready bread out of the oven, allow to cool 10 minutes and remove from the mold.
11. Cover the bread with the glaze and let cool completely.
12. From the remnants of dough and icing, I got some delicious bread rolls. BON APPETIT!
