Cooking
Softened butter RUB with sugar and vanilla. Add yolks and sour cream - mix well.
Pour the sifted flour and baking powder.
Knead soft dough, roll into a ball and put into the refrigerator.
For the filling - cottage cheese whipped with sugar, vanilla, egg whites and sour cream. Add chopped dried apricots and coconut flakes - mix well.
Divide the dough into two unequal parts. A large part of the test roll out and spread on the bottom and sides of a large baking dish. I used a silicone form for tarte, D 25 cm On the dough put the cheese filling, levelling.
From the remnants of dough to make "bars" and cover the top of the filling.
Bake pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes. Ready cake cool and remove from the mold.
