Buns
At Easter except Easter cakes, painted eggs and Easter my grandmother baked Easter bunnies and gave all children. She said that the Easter Bunny is a symbol of prosperity, wealth and fertility. To prepare these bunnies is very simple. The dough is easy, pliable. The buns are delicious.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    600 g

1. In warm milk dissolve sugar and yeast.

2. Add half of the flour, knead and put the dough to rise for 40-50 minutes.

3. The dough will rise twice.

4. Melt butter, add sugar and eggs, stir well.

5. Add the mixture to the dough, stir well. Add remaining flour and knead plastic, not too hard dough. Put the dough to rise in a warm place for 50-60 minutes.

6. Once the dough has risen twice, it is ready! The to press down dough, roll out, cut into small pieces.

7. To form the "body" of the Bunny, dip it in sugar to make ears (they can be cut with scissors), to make the eyes (with a toothpick or stick). Bake in a preheated 180C oven for about 25 minutes until Golden brown.
