Semolina before, I only saw a side of porridge. No, we love and often do, but the cakes weren't paying attention. Everything changed after I met here with Turkish desserts from Oli (olka-turk). Thanks to her, this grain has taken its rightful place on our table. And in this recipe, thanks to brown sugar from "Mistral", the fermented baked milk and semolina, the taste is very interesting. In a bowl, pour the semolina. Coffee pour water and stir to dissolve. Connect coffee and yogurt, and then pour in the semolina. Stir and leave for 1 - 2 hours. She's in 1.5 hours.
