Pie in French puff pastry
I represent to your attention pie French pastry with rice AQUATICS Color Mix from the Mistral. The combination of ingredients gives a unique mellow taste. Will appreciate it. Serve warm. The recipe is very simple, so even a beginner cook will have no problems preparing it.   • The dough is flaky unleavened

Finely chop the onion.

Add the rice, season with salt and pepper. Simmer under a lid for 5 minutes.

Comes out like this. Put it in the oven - in General, in 35 minutes: 30 minutes at 180*C, then increase the temperature to 200*C with a raw egg and leave for 5-10 minutes, until browned.
