Cooking
Put in a saucepan the honey, sugar, vanilla sugar and butter, melt it over the fire until the sugar is dissolved, cool slightly.
Add all the spices, the brandy, stir in the egg.
Mix both kinds of flour with baking powder, knead the dough. Put into the refrigerator for an hour. The cooled dough is soft and does not stick to hands, well rolled, do not even need flour.
Roll out the dough, cut biscuit and pastry molds. Bake at 180 degrees for about 8 minutes.
For glaze, mix powdered sugar with water to melt the chocolate.
