Moroccan chicken
Why Moroccan? I don't know! So said friend and I believed her. And if everything is delicious - I have to go and Morocco!

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Orange

    3 piece

  • Alcohol

    50 ml

  • Potatoes

    2 kg

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Seasoning

    1 handful

  • Fennel

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Wash the chicken and cut into serving pieces.

Prepare the marinade. To remove the zest from the oranges and squeeze the juice from them. Add the gin (a little secret-gin you can substitute vodka, which grind and infuse for a couple of hours 5-6 juniper berries). Squeeze the garlic, 5 tablespoons olive oil 1-2 handfuls of seasoning for chicken, salt, pepper. Mix well.

The chicken pieces put in a bag and pour it our marinade.

Tie the bag tightly and put in another bag (to avoid leaking). Now it's all in the fridge for a couple hours. I put on the day. A bag from time to time to roll over and podrachivat.

Peel potatoes and cut into fairly large pieces. Fill with boiling water, sprinkle with salt and weld-in 10 minutes.

Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and good of souls sprinkle with fennel (it gives amazing aroma and taste to the whole dish). On top lay the chicken pieces and pour marinade. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
