Eateries skewers with meat and goat cheese
I propose, in anticipation of preparing these kebabs, eat a mini muffin skewers with meat and cheese filling. Tasty and original!

In a bowl, mix the sifted flour with yeast, add butter, milk, water and salt. Knead the dough, leave it to rise in a warm place, covered with a cloth, 1.5-2 hours.

In a small amount of olive oil to fry mince with chopped onion, add salt, pepper, tomato puree, half a Bay leaf and, covering it with a lid on melanom the fire to stew for about 7-10 minutes. The meat filling is ready.
