Holguin cupcake for Easter
The recipe belongs to the user Olga (forum.say7.info/top ic64781,html), This German Easter cupcake so much my family that now I am going to bake it instead of panettone at Christmas. Fragrant, crumbly and stale soon.

Ingredients

  • Leavening agent

  • Brown sugar

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Orange juice

Except the prescription products, ( I showed them the photo), I took 100g of raisins Kish-Mish and candied papaya, soaked them in a dry sherry for 2 hours and then up through a colander.

Butter room temperature beat with a mixer with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Cake pan with a hole butter and carefully put in it the dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.

Bake the cake on the middle shelf in the oven for 45-60 minutes, checking the readiness with a wooden toothpick.
