Description
Taco Pie is a delicious Mexican pie with corn tortillas, where the layers are alternated, and all baked with cheese and fresh vegetables vykladyvaya top. Try this dish! It is a real decoration of any holiday table. Taco (taco in Spanish), is a traditional dish of Mexican cuisine. The Taco consists of a corn or wheat tortilla filled with various fillings — beef, pork, chicken, seafood, beans, lentils, vegetables and even cactus leaves. As a condiment to serve with cheese, salsa, cilantro, guacamole (mashed avocados with tomatoes, onions and peppers) and hot sauces based on chili peppers.

Cooking
Lentils wash and boil according to instructions.
The meat overcook with chopped onions, garlic, grated pickles, spices, chilli and tomato paste.
Corn tortillas (bake it yourself or use store bought) put on the bottom of a large baking dish, approx. 16 pellets with a diameter of 15 cm you will need: 2 cups cornmeal 1.5 cups hot but not boiling water 1 tsp. salt mix the Flour with salt, add little by little water and knead the dough, divide into 16 pieces, roll into balls. Balls replusive under a press or roll out into flat cakes and bake immediately.
Sprinkle a layer of cheese and coat with yogurt or sour cream.
A layer of dry corn or pea flakes.
Layer the cooked lentils.
Again a layer of cheese and put bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
