Cooking
The products required.
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Beat the yolks with half of the total amount of sugar.
Separately, beat egg whites with remaining half of sugar.
Connect the yolk mass with protein and add the sifted flour.
Knead the dough well using a mixer.
Add the coconut flakes. Again mix well.
Pour the batter into the bread machine bucket. Set the mode "Baking" for 40 minutes.
Ready biscuit in the bucket, immediately after baking.
Put the biscuit on a wire rack and let it cool down, then transfer to a plate.
To prepare the cream, whisking the butter at room temperature with condensed milk.
Sponge cake cut into 2 layers.
Fold the biscuit and top coat with cream.
