Cakes with cherries and cheese-cottage cheese cream
Delicate cakes with curd cheese cream. Belfort cheese from TM "experts" gives a special taste.

Ingredients

  • Dry red wine

    100 ml

Sugar RUB with softened butter.

Add the egg, mix well. To conduct a pinch of salt, sifted flour with baking powder, stir until a uniform mass. The dough for cakes ready.

Belfort cheese grate on a fine grater.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins whisk in a magnificent mass.

To the cream cheese add the sugar, egg yolks, lemon juice. Mix well. Weeti beaten egg whites, mix gently.

Add grated cheese Belfort, mix well.

Baking molds with a diameter of 9-10 cm put the baking paper (you will need 4 molds, I have only 2 forms and the rest I baked in a silicone mould for cupcake. Spread the batter evenly in 4 ramekins ( about thickness of 1.5-2 cm)

Put the cottage cheese and cream cheese.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35 minutes allow to cool completely, remove from tins, remove paper.

Cherries in advance to defrost, drain cherry juice (about 150 ml), add the red wine, cane sugar, stir and put on low heat until thick.
