Brownie
For the first time this cake with a rich chocolate flavor I tasted in Budapest. There in a small cafe located in a cozy cellar, we were served a wonderful treat called "brownie". After exploring the city in December, warm cake was especially delicious. After returning home, I got the idea to make this a memorable dish. One of the main points is that the center should remain slightly moist: it adds a special richness and softness of the dessert. Invite!

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

Chocolate to break into pieces, put into a bowl. Add the chopped pieces of butter. Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave or in a water bath. Melt in a small capacity, so that the chocolate does not boil. In the process of melting several times to mix. At the end pour 1 tsp of sweet soy sauce Kikoman and stir until smooth.

The chocolate add the flour and mix thoroughly until lumps disappear. In a pan pour the eggs and add the sugar.

Beat the eggs with sugar with a mixer for 2 minutes (until white in color, to the peaks of the beat is not necessary). Add chocolate, mix well until smooth.

The short form (I 17х23 cm), put baking paper and pour the batter. Flatten and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. If you do not want the middle was wet, the baking time can increase by 5-10 minutes.

Serve brownies warm with a scoop of ice cream. I recommend to brew tea, cake as well, Oh, very chocolate.
