Cooking
Prepare the shortbread dough. Mix the soft butter and powdered sugar. Add salt.
Grind the almonds and add to the dough along with the almond extract. Stir.
Pour the flour and knead stiff dough. Send the dough in the fridge for 1 hour.
Take muffin tins and cut. Gently put the dough into molds. Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
In a bowl pour the mixture for the preparation of chocolate custard. Diluted with half milk.
Heated milk and mix with cream. Boil until thick state. To cool the cream.
