Seashells
Inspired me to cook this dish transmission "dinner Party", unfortunately, the recipe is not recorded, had to fantasize. And then there were found shells from fanny. I got sea food, and it very quickly swept by a wave...:)

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    20 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Shrimp

    150 g

  • Cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Onion

    1 piece

Cooking

Shells to boil in salted water until tender (but not overcooked!)

Cook until the shells need to cook the filling. For the filling we will need 2 tbsp. spoon (no slides) roasted carrots and potatoes. Grate the carrots and fry in vegetable oil on the pan 5 minutes under the lid. Potatoes also grate and fry 5 minutes under the lid. Onions fry until Golden brown.

Shrimp boil in salted water 3-5 minutes. For the filling, I took 4 tablespoons without slides.

Mix carrots, potatoes, onions, and shrimp, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

In kosicek pour cream and water and bring to a boil. Half of cream added to the filling. The second half will be needed later.

Stuffing mix well. 1 teaspoon of filling placed in the shell, add half a teaspoon of cream and spread on a baking sheet.

Thinly slice the cheese and cover them with a shell.

Put in preheated oven 180C for 1 minute So the cheese moved and shells time to dry out.
