Drunken thighs in mustard sauce on rye
A long time ago when reading about something like beef. Decided to experiment on chicken thighs. The result came out very tasty and satisfying :)

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    6 piece

  • Beer

    1 bottle

  • Bread

    6 slice

  • Mustard

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Parsley
