Ingredients

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    350 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Mascarpone

    150 g

  • Sweetie

    1 piece

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Corn flour

    3 Tbsp

So, first prepare the filling, peel all of our citrus from the skin and films.

Then beat the lemon in a blender along with the sugar, bring to boil and add polenta or cornmeal. I want to say that this version of the thick toppings I like the most, as the taste of starch I feel, and tempting is not it. So, proverjaem stuffing a couple of minutes and set aside to cool.

Butter room temperature, beat with sugar and vanilla.

One by one add eggs and continue whisking, then mascarpone and flour.

Take a pastry syringe or bag with a long nozzle, filled with stuffing. Molds for muffins filled with dough and squeeze the filling in three places.

Now take a toothpick and make zigzag pattern on the surface.

Put them in the oven, preheated to 180 C, bake for 20-25 min. Here they are in context! Pleasant citrus all day :)
