Ingredients

  • Trout

    250 g

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Cucumber

    250 g

  • Corn

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Mustard

    1 cup

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Beets, eggs, cheese grate on a fine grater. Gherkins cut into thin slices.

Trout (or herring) to clean from the bones and skin, fillet cut into slices, leave some for decoration, if desired.
