Peppers stuffed with pine nuts
I decided to experiment with stuffing. Added to the minced pine nuts. Very unusual and delicious! Such fillings can be done and the cabbage rolls.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    500 g

  • Figure

    50 g

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Pine nuts

    30 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Mushrooms cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil.

Pepper wash, cut off the stalk and remove the seeds.

Carrots grate.

Wash rice and boil until tender. Cool.

In minced meat put the mushrooms, rice, pine nuts. Season with salt and pepper, mix well.

Stuff the peppers with minced meat.

Dilute tomato paste in water.

On the bottom of the pan pour a little vegetable oil. Fold it vertically into the peppers. Close them with caps from the stems. There also put carrots.

Pour the diluted tomato peppers, salt.

Put the pan on medium heat, cook under cover until tender. To serve as a separate dish with greens.
