Fish with crispy potato crust
Very tasty, easy to prepare dish. Simply amazing looks appetizing on the plate, and the taste... m-m-m... yummy!!!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Fish fillets

    8 piece

  • Broccoli

    400 g

  • Pepper white

  • Salt

Peel the potatoes and whole in a pot with boiling salted water. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Get the potatoes with a slotted spoon and give it to cool slightly (I have 2 potatoes more).

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Mix vegetable oil, grated lemon zest and finely chopped parsley.

Fish fillets put in a pan with non-stick coating.

With a spoon put on top of it a small amount of lemon mixture, season with salt and white pepper.

Potatoes to grate on a coarse grater and put a small slide on the fish.

Sprinkle with lemon mixture and season to taste.

Bake for 15 minutes. If the potatoes are Golden and crispy, add a few more minutes. Meanwhile, thinly slice the broccoli and cook in boiling water for 3 minutes.

To apply, lay the fillet on a bed of broccoli!
