Cooking
Sunflower seeds and sesame seeds fry in a dry pan.
About 50 ml of water and 1 teaspoon of sugar to dissolve yeast. To give up.
Knead the dough from mineral water, vegetable oil, salt, yeast, flour, seeds of sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds. The dough will slightly "stick" to the hands.
Put the dough in a warm place for about 1 hour (expected to increase 2-2. 5 times).
Rising put the dough in the form greased with a small amount of vegetable oil.
Let the dough rise again. Then grease with vegetable oil.
Bake in a preheated 180-200 degree oven for 25-30 minutes (better focus on your oven).
Delicious freshly baked bread with fat (its salting) and pickles.
