Rye-wheat bread with seeds
A very tasty bread. The tender crumb and crispy crust.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Water, carbonated

    300 ml

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    75 ml

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Rye flour

    350 g

  • Sunflower seeds

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    3 Tbsp

  • Pumpkin seeds

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Sunflower seeds and sesame seeds fry in a dry pan.

About 50 ml of water and 1 teaspoon of sugar to dissolve yeast. To give up.

Knead the dough from mineral water, vegetable oil, salt, yeast, flour, seeds of sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds. The dough will slightly "stick" to the hands.

Put the dough in a warm place for about 1 hour (expected to increase 2-2. 5 times).
