Sweet pancake cake on Shrove Tuesday!

Prepare the cream: place the mascarpone and honey in a bowl.
Mix the cream until smooth.
Walnuts (150 g) finely chop and add to the cream.
Put mixture into blender, add cream and all will beat into a soft mousse.
Strawberries wash and cut in rings.
Put the pancake on a plate, then put the cream.
The cream put the strawberries.
So 7 of stacked pancakes. When all the pancakes are stacked, the remnants of the cream will coat the edges of the cake.
Finely chop a little bit of walnuts (50 g), decorate the edges of the cake.
Brown sugar pour into the pan, add water and cook until caramel (5-7 minutes).
The ready caramel pour into a glass. Take confectionery brush and coat the top of the pancake.
Decorate the cake remnants strawberries and nuts. Bon appetit!
