I think of baking with apples has to be more!
Ingredients

Lemon

Cheese

Vegetable oil
60 ml

Flour
1.5 cup

Leavening agent
0.5 pack

Sugar
180 g

Vanilla sugar
1 pack

Egg white
3 piece
Cooking
With lemon remove the zest and squeezing the juice.
Mix cheese, zest, oil, half the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add flour and baking powder.
Knead the dough and roll out (carefully!).
Grease the pan (if necessary) with oil and spread the dough, make a high side.
Make the filling: apples cut into cubes, mix with 3 tbsp of lemon juice. Spread it on a pie (I added some grapes). Put in pre heated oven and bake.
Whisk the whites with the lemon juice and the remaining sugar. Spread the foam in a little propecia pie. Put in the oven. And now as you like. I - like Golden crust, so I fried a little bit :-)
That's what we've got. I did two lemons, but I think it turned out too Kislenko. So You suggest one.
