Pizza Pesto
Original vegetarian pizza based on the sauce "pesto". The filling of mozzarella, fresh tomatoes and pine nuts.

Ingredients

  • Basil

    30 g

  • Pine nuts

    5 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Mozzarella

    140 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Oregano

  • Salt

  • Yeast dough

Cooking

Put in blender 3 tbsp. of pine nuts.

My Basil in cold water, leave to dry on paper napkins.

Peel the garlic and cut into big slices, cheese grate on a fine grater. All this added to the nuts.

Tear Basil into small pieces (leaves only, stems in the garbage) and put in blender. Salt.

Pour about 50 ml of olive oil. Grind at the lowest speed until smooth, but not to dust. You should get as thick sour cream.

The dough is ready roll out as thin as possible, put into the form with a diameter of 25 cm Moulded bumpers.

Tear and spread on top of mozzarella.

Spread mozzarella and thinly sliced tomato. All sprinkle with oregano.

Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes - until Golden brown cheese. Ready pizza sprinkle with 2 tbsp pine nuts.
