Description
Hearty, simple dish of Ukrainian cuisine - sicheniki! They are made from meat, fish, beans, chopped using a knife in chaff beef, but as progress, including cooking, is not in place, we use a meat grinder instead of a knife! The idea of the recipe thank you chef sergey_pozhar!

Cooking
For the sichenyky: slices of a white loaf soaked in warm milk.
In a bowl, combine two kinds of meat, egg, scrolled through a meat grinder sodden loaf, onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Knead well the minced meat, then beat.
To form sicheniki, resembling little "sausages" (as the size of your thumb). Roll them in flour.
In a pan heat vegetable oil, fry the sichenyky until Golden brown on all sides.
Put into a form in which they will continue to bake.
For the sauce: finely chop the Onion, fry in small amount of vegetable oil.
Add the chopped small pieces of mushrooms. Pour 250 ml of water. Stew 5-7 minutes.
In a small bowl to combine the flour and 50 ml of water, mix thoroughly.
Add sour cream, mix until smooth.
Pour the sour cream-flour filling to the mushrooms, mix well.
Sprinkle sicheniki in the form of chopped herbs, pour on top of creamy mushroom sauce, cover the form with a lid. Send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve with your favourite side dish!
