Zrazy potato with meat
I want to remind dish that everyone knows, but often forget about it. This potato zrazy with minced meat. I added to the stuffing spicy Maggi dressing for the pickle - and the usual noodles sparkle with new colors. For dinner with the family - that is necessary!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1.5 kg

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Dressing

    2 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

  • Sour cream

  • Greens

In yogurt add the paprika and Maggi dressing for the pickle. Stir well.

Mix with minced meat.

Fry finely chopped onion, add the minced meat and stew until tender.

Boil potatoes, mash, cool. Add the flour and egg, mix well.

Molded zrazy conveniently on the cooking foil, greased with vegetable oil. Put a tablespoon with a hill of mashed potatoes, top with the stuffing. Film to gather up in a bundle, the filling will be inside.
