Cooking
The Maggi sauce for the pickle.
Minced chicken, which I made from two Breasts, put in a bowl. The minced meat added cooked rice. (The rice should not be loose, otherwise the meatballs will be poorly formed.) Shredded in chopper onions and garlic. Broke the egg, put salt and pepper. Added the oil. (Oil you can use any, both for frying and for adding to the stuffing).
In a bowl put corn flour. From minced meat to make some burgers and planirovala them in flour. Because of the stickiness of meat, the breading is well kept and does not crumble.
Get 10 yellow patties that I fried in oil on both sides until Golden brown. Left them in the pan under the lid while engaged in other preparations.
For the sauce rubbed carrots. Mushrooms wiped it with a napkin and medium-sized sliced.
In a pot poured the cream and poured them in mushrooms and carrots. Cooked five minutes.
In the bowl of water dissolved starch and poured it in a thin stream, stirring constantly, to boiling cream.
To the sauce I added 2 tbsp. of the filling of Maggi and boiled for another five minutes.
Burgers served dressed with a delicious creamy mushroom sauce. The dish added to vegetables and herbs.
The meatballs in the section.
Dressing Maggie gave the sauce a wonderful aroma and taste!
