Skewers of Turkey with vegetables and pineapple
Easy diet skewers of Turkey is very good for a summer picnic. The perfect complement to a good glass of white wine.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    700 g

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Red sweet pepper

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Chili

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

The Turkey cut into cubes of medium size, season with salt and hot chilli pepper. Add the yogurt, pressed garlic and olive oil.

Mix well. Put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Pineapple cut into large slices. Pepper peel and cut into slices.

Wooden skewers pre-soak in cold water for 20-30 minutes. On skewers, alternately thread Turkey, pineapple and pepper.

Bake barbecue on the grill until tender, 5 minutes on each side.

Grease skewers with soy teriyaki sauce TM Kikkoman and fry for 1-2 minutes on all sides.
