Biscuits
Always wanted to bake these cookies, and finally... the day has finally come. Recipe by saying that it has no sugar (in the glaze), just what I need, is baked very easily and quickly. Who is interested, try.

Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    5 piece

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    320 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Waffles

Prepare the ingredients for the dough. Cook hard-boiled eggs, separate the whites from the yolks.

Yolks rubbed with margarine and sour cream until smooth, add flour mixed with soda.

Quickly knead the dough, roll it to a thickness of 0.5 cm, and a circular recess cut out cookies (I used "glass").

With a fork make a few punctures and bake in the oven at 250-260*C for 20 min. (this recipe, of course it is better to control the process of baking, all ovens bake differently, so my super speed..)

While baked biscuit, prepare the frosting (unfortunately, the baby got distracted, forgot to make a photo of the glaze). Mix sugar, sour cream, cocoa, butter and warmed on a water bath until dissolved. Meanwhile, the cookies have been prepared.

Teaspoon cookies covered with frosting and put on a plate. While the glaze is not frozen, sprinkle with chopped nuts and crushed wafers, or coconut.

I turned the cookies on two baking sheets. For the evening my men all all gone in the morning left some stuff. Bon appetit.
